Helscott Barns provides the perfect base for a holiday for all of the family including the dog. Black Rock beach is one of the few dog friendly beaches in Cornwall that allows dogs off lead 365 days a year. Many other local beaches still allow dogs on lead during the summer months. This is becoming a rarity now as most beaches in the south west are now opting to ban dogs especially in the summer. Black Rock Beach is just 1 mile from Helscott Barns and with easy parking and a cafe on site.

Here at Helscott Barns we are fortunate to have a large field which is perfect for our four legged friends. Why not enjoy an evening game of fetch while watching the stunning sunsets. There are plenty of great places for you and your dogs to explore near us from coast to countryside.
